Solutions and Analysis

To address these challenges, consultants explored six capital-raising techniques. Each consultant researched the advantages and disadvantages, providing recommendations and connections to potential networks for pitching and raising brand awareness. The team also developed strategies to create a unique selling proposition, enabling the company to apply for government grants and attract potential investors.

Additionally, we conducted a thorough financial analysis to determine how the capital raised would be allocated within the company and assess the actual funding requirements. This analysis ensured that the financial strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives and maximized the efficient use of resources.
